Le Page de Vignelaure Rosé NM ORGANIC

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (40%) and Merlot (60%). Bright salmon color with beautiful silver hints. Fine and elegant nose with floral and red fruits notes. Fresh in the mouth and balanced, with intense notes of ripe red fruit : raspeberry, blackcurrent and cherry. Long finish with peach flavors.

Ageing potential: between 2 and 5 years.

Food pairing: anchoïade, tapenade, suishis, italian melon, strawberry salad.

Juice extract thanks to direct press.

Vineyard area: 55 hectares among which 3 hectares selected for the blend of Page of Vignelaure Rosé.

Soil type: Limestone and clay mixed with gravel.

Yield: Average yield for the parcels selected for the production of Page Rosé: 45 Hl/Ha.

Vinification: 100% of direct press for 48 hours. Immediate cooling (to 10° C) of the juice. Aging of three months on fines lees, with bâtonnage before bottling.
